Annual General Meeting

The Annual General Meeting will be held as follows:

Date:           Thursday 13th November 2008 at 5:30 pm

Venue:         Langton Suite, Hilton Hotel, Junction 21 Approach, Leicester, LE19 1WQ (Change of Venue)

The AGM is open to all members of the NAPCE whose  membership fees are fully paid.

In accordance with the constitution the post of Chair, Treasurer and Secretary are due for renewal.  Nominations for election to the Executive Committee must be made by members of the Charity in writing and must be in the hands of the secretary of the Executive Committee 14 working days (last date for receipt Monday 27th October 2008) before the annual general meeting.  Should nominations exceed vacancies election will be held by ballot.
